How We Stay Safe
Our safety program focuses on prevention through a robust new-hire orientation, continuous hands-on training, participation in Construction Safety Week, and employee safety incentives such as $150 boot vouchers.
Additional initiatives include continuous Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring and the use of outward-facing cameras and GPS tracking in company vehicles to promote safe driving practices.
