Clayton County, GA Ruby-Collins completed the Flint River East Phase 1 project in Clayton County, installing approximately 9,600 linear feet of new 24-inch gravity-flow sanitary sewer to replace an existing line. The majority of the new pipe was placed within the same trench as the existing sewer, requiring extensive bypass pumping to maintain continuous flows throughout construction. The project also included multiple reconnections of smaller existing sewer lines and an open-cut crossing of a state highway.
