Emory University – Graduate Housing

Scope

Ruby-Collins provided site civil construction services for Emory University’s new graduate student housing development. The residential complex offers a diverse mix of micro-units, studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments designed to accommodate various student needs and preferences.

Ruby-Collins provided the complete Sitework package for this project, including all grading, storm, water, and sewer infrastructure. We provided building sites to the GC ahead of scheudle and kept them moving through a wet season to allow the project to be completed on time.
