Major liquid treatment components include a new headworks with influent screens and grit removal, carousel oxidation ditch system, secondary clarifiers, effluent disk filters, UV disinfection system, and post-aeration basins to ensure complete treatment and regulatory compliance.
Solids handling facilities encompass an aerobic digester for waste stabilization and a belt press dewatering system for efficient solids processing and disposal. The project includes construction of multiple pump stations, including a RAS/WAS (Return Activated Sludge/Waste Activated Sludge) pump station for process control, and a 6.0 MG storage pond for effluent management and flow equalization.
