Atlanta, GA The COA Annual Contract focused on remedying structural defects and sewer overflow conditions across the City of Atlanta’s linear sewer and storm infrastructure. Ruby-Collins performed necessary repairs utilizing a comprehensive menu of methods including open-cut replacement, cured-in-place pipe lining, pipe-bursting, internal and external point repairs, slip lining, jack-and-bore, manhole rehabilitation, and lateral replacement. Work also included the removal of silt, sand, grit, grease, sludge, and other debris and encrustation from sewers and manholes to restore full system capacity and structural integrity.
This contract requires emergency resoponse within 4 hours of notification. Nights, weekends, and holidays are all on-call and seem to be when these issues occur. Our crews were recently working on a water main repair on Christmas Day.
