Scope

Automation system upgrades for the Combined Sewer Overflow Treatment Facility include installation of new PLCs, SCADA integration, and level measurement systems for enhanced operational control and monitoring. Equipment replacement encompasses slide gates and accessories, hydraulic cylinders, gate seals, and seven bar screens to restore reliable facility operations. Enabling work for future Peracetic Acid (PAA) disinfection includes foundation systems and building/containment area pads for future structures, electrical feeds to future buildings including ductbanks and generators, and civil site work encompassing grading, excavation, backfill, yard piping, utility connections, and pavement. Two underground structures for PAA injection into influent sewers and one submerged in-channel diffuser complete the disinfection infrastructure, positioning the facility for advanced treatment capabilities.
