Cost Control & Procurement Logistics

  • Expedite material, tool, and heavy equipment procurement requests to align with project schedules and minimize operational field downtime.
  • Proactively coordinate subcontractor logistics, ensuring their scope of work aligns with site access, safety standards, and the overall project timeline.

Field Coordination & Communication

  • Monitor general site safety conditions, assisting field leadership in ensuring crew members and subcontractors strictly adhere to company safety policies and OSHA standards.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating look-ahead schedules to keep field crews, subcontractors, and vendors aligned on upcoming milestones and deliveries.
